Just completed a new website for a real estate company not too far from me called the L Dankers Real Estate Group. Lisa Dankers has a very successful real estate company with both real estate and property management arms. This website was for the real estate arm. We met with the folks at the company, got an idea of the type of functionality they would like, and proposed a design that they approved and are happy with.
The important piece on this website was the property search, something near to my heart, and still fresh in my memory from my last position, where I think we proved time and time again, the importance of a good property search in generated business and good leads. In this case, the property search is responsive, like the rest of the site, so it works great on mobile devices! And, the platform used for development here provided a website that can easily be updated by the folks at the company.
Also, what a great bunch of folks to work with! I had fun building this website and hope to work with these guys more in the future.
